Welcome to Caged Thunder MMA. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ppv.cagedthundermma.com (the “Site”), including account creation, PPV purchases, livestream access, and all related features.

By using the Site or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

1. PPV Purchase & Access

1.1 Access Requirements

To purchase a livestream event, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be located in the United States
  • Have a supported device and internet connection

1.2 One Purchase = One Access License

A PPV purchase grants one user account access to the event.

Sharing logins or attempting multi-device streaming may result in:

  • Immediate access revocation
  • No refund

1.3 Event Access Window

Access is available only for the scheduled event date and any replay window we make available (if applicable).

2. All Sales Final (No Refunds)

By purchasing PPV access, you agree that:

✔ All sales are final

✔ No refunds, returns, or credit will be issued

This applies even if:

  • You do not watch the event
  • Your internet connection fails
  • Your device is incompatible
  • You purchase by mistake

Refunds are only issued if Caged Thunder MMA cancels the entire event.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Using a valid email address
  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account
  • Complying with U.S. laws and these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our rules.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Share access or stream credentials
  • Record, rebroadcast, or distribute the livestream
  • Use VPNs or proxies to evade restrictions
  • Attempt to hack or bypass digital rights protections
  • Access the Site from outside the U.S.

Violations will result in immediate loss of access with no refund.

5. Technology & Streaming Quality

Livestream quality depends on:

  • Your internet speed
  • Device compatibility
  • Network conditions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, though we strive to provide a stable livestream.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Square.
By purchasing PPV access, you authorize Square to charge your selected payment method.

We are not responsible for:

  • Bank fees
  • Chargeback penalties
  • Payment processor errors

Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All event footage, graphics, logos, and content are the property of Caged Thunder MMA or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Download
  • Record
  • Repost
  • Reproduce
  • Publicly broadcast

any content without explicit permission.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Share login access
  • Commit fraud or abuse
  • Attempt unauthorized streaming

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:

  • The livestream will be error-free
  • The website will operate without interruption
  • Your device will be compatible

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

Caged Thunder MMA is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Device problems
  • Internet outages
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the PPV purchase.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects when changes were made.
